Our mission

The goal of this project was to redesign Lenovo's community pages, making them more modern, functional, and user-friendly. The old site had confusing navigation and poor information hierarchy, creating a frustrating user experience.

How?

We applied user-centered UX principles to simplify navigation, improve accessibility, and optimize task flows. Through user research (User Feel), we identified key pain points and needs, which informed a more intuitive, efficient layout. The redesign also focused on visual consistency, smoother navigation, and faster interactions, while maintaining Lenovo’s brand identity.
